The CLI Value of ‘Respect’ – Earning Respect in Workplace

How many of us meet the typical Bosses daily in our workplace who have big egos? They show little respect to you, your ideas or your contributions and feel that they are always right. Sound familiar?

The CLI Value of RespectSuch Bosses, you can be rest assured, may also be like that in their homes as well. You can be also sure that such Bosses will invariably have an extremely high IQ but the EQ or Emotional Quotient would be very low.

Through PCMK™ Methodologies mastered during Business Coaching Certification you learn to identify this key missing value of ‘Respect’ for self and ‘Respect’ for others.

As an Executive Coach, I discovered something quite interesting. An Executive Coaching Client may appear to be obnoxious, arrogant and even forceful. However, once we get down to him/her deeply understanding self, that domineering behaviour is usually a cover-up for a massive lack of self-confidence.

A fat ego is the #1 killer of leaders today. It causes so much pain in the world. A Leader who is both task oriented and people oriented is a Gem. Do you know of one? Show ‘Respect’ to them today by thanking them.

The CLI Value of ‘Helpfulness’ – Are you Helping Enough?

Value of Helpfulness Have you ever wished God helped you every time you failed or missed the promotion or the lottery prized! When it comes to Helpfulness as the draw of CLI Values Card of the day in the deck of cards or the CLI Mobile app, does it mean helping others only?

Helpfulness as you experience during Business Coach Certification is to help without being overbearing, without being biased or without an ulterior motive to simply assist self and others to resolve, solve, untangle, enable, realize, experience or simply feel having served to reduce poverty or deprivation in society. Helping others to love themselves more is undeniably the highest service to humanity.

Helping professionals and Parents ‘help’ themselves and others by being in the silence every day, self- coaching, receiving coaching from a  Professional Coach, reducing their karma and hanging out only with positive people.

Ultimately, ‘Helpfulness’ means we unconditionally offer our love, compassion and resources to those in need.

The CLI Value of ‘Enthusiasm’ – The Nourishment for Every Goal

Enthusiasm - The Nourishment for Every Goal Have you attended boring training sessions so lovingly organized for you by your HR department?  What was one of the key reasons that you felt disconnected?  It has to be Lack of Enthusiasm.  The CLI Values Card of Enthusiasm brings to the fore one single frequency that connects with frequencies of the entire audience in the session/class so that the whole group is enthused to rise individually and collectively to learn better ways to deliver value and improve in a specific goal or the area being worked upon.

Enthusiasm as learned during Executive Coach Training brings desire to learn, overcome challenges with resolve and go through our life journey with happy anticipation and peace of mind.  (Nice thought, eh?)  The right amount of Enthusiasm is the life blood of any human interaction.

Where are you on the Enthusiasm scale with respect to your life in general?  Pick a number between 1 and 10, with 10 being highest enthusiasm.

Universal Law #14: “The Law of Life” – Fear Dies in the Face of Love

“Love is stronger than Fear.”

Just as chocolate chips add that special “wow” to a cookie, Law of Life coaching spirit-ual  ingredients puts “wow” into our coaching practices.  By ‘spirit-ual’ I mean embracing the fact that every human being on this planet is purely here to love ourselves and others more.  We achieve this by using love to conquer our deepest and darkest fears or imaginary demons.  My extensive research over 20 years is conclusive – love is stronger than fear and it works everytime.  In fact, I built PCMK’s unbeatable executive and life coaching methodologies to kick out those negative fears from your subconscious… unless you want to hold on to them!  Try them for free here.  Or join us for indepth learning.

Malala Yousafzai is one of the most courageous young women today.  She is an example of this law.  She loves herself and other girls so much that she will not let fear get in the way of ensuring that every young girl in the world is treated as an equal to men and receives an education.

Questioning Skills – Key Competency of a Good Leader, Parent or Coach

When a Leader, Parent or Coach attends CLI’s Life Coach Training program, s/he learns vital Questioning Skills. The incisive questions challenge, promote clarity, discovery or learning. Participants learn to ask questions that demonstrate active listening and an understanding of another person’s perspective, beliefs, personal strengths and abilities.

Questioning Skills For example, you may be sitting with an employee who is troubled, a teenager who is having trouble at school with bullying or a senior leader who simply cannot communicate well with his/her people. It is easy to dance around – skirt around the issue. Someone with excellent behavioural based coach training can, in just a few seconds, help the person find solutions by asking this powerful question,  “And so, what is really really bothering you deep down at a heart level about this situation?”

Can you imagine the response? Yes, tears may come. Eyes may light up with revelations. Or you may get a surprising hug.

Are you a Victim or Leader?

Victims and Leaders look at life differently. Although everyone is doing the best they can, sometimes people do not realize that they have a choice to be either a victim or a leader. Executive Business Coach Training teaches us that we can remain bruised all our lives, stay in victim mode or heal and become the leading humble stars of tomorrow.

For example, CLI’s “Learning Concept” invites leaders to abandon the notion that we have “problem employees” or “problem managers”. Instead, we engage The Law of Attraction knowing that we attracted the “problem” in order to learn something.

Therefore, while a “problem” situation exists, we refrain from saying that people are a “problem”.  The question then becomes, “Hmmm. What is everyone learning here?” The Manager might be learning how to ‘respect’ their people more. The Employee might be learning how to have more faith in their Manager.

If we want a harmonious workplace, there is no room for blame or judgement. Only “learning”.

PS  Same goes for the home-front!
