At Coaching and Leadership International Inc. ("CLI"), we dedicate ourselves to revolutionizing the way individuals, small groups and corporations manage the prosperity in all areas of their lives. Hand in hand with that effort is our commitment to maintaining a transparent relationship with our customers and Licensees. The Terms & Conditions of Use of CLI websites has been posted on this site for your review. These Terms & Conditions of Use will be reviewed regularly and modified as CLI determines is necessary to satisfy or exceed operational as well as legal requirements. Your continued use of the CLI sites after we have posted changes to the Terms & Conditions of Use will mean that you have accepted those changes.
Need to Return an Item?
After packing your return, please send it back to Coaching and leadership International Inc. at the address on your invoice/receipt via Canada Post pre-paid service complete with the original receipt/invoice and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. We'll notify you via e-mail when we've processed your refund.
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return any of the following items to Coaching and leadership International Inc., for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error):
- Any book in its original condition and packaging
Please note that we cannot accept the return of Profiles, damaged or opened items or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Coaching and Leadership International Inc. Items purchased through off-site links or at affiliate sites must be returned to the site of origin in accordance with their return policy. We cannot exchange items.
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
Coaching and leadership International Inc. can replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please contact our Returns Dept at (250) 652-5390 to arrange returns and to request a replacement.
We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've received and processed the returned item. You can usually expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return.
