After going through couple of career transitions and living in India, Paris and now London, I focus on offering professional coaching and learning services to organisations and individual clients.
Before venturing on an entrepreneurial journey and starting Passion Wheel Learning & Leadership Solutions, I worked with global organizations like McKinsey & Company, Computer Sciences Corporation and American Express for 11 years.
With more than 16 years of experience in learning, coaching and organization development, I have served 40+ clients in 10 countries. I partner with clients in Europe, Asia & US to help them navigate life, career, relationships and bring visible changes in personal & professional life. 70-80% clients feel more confident about their goals after 1st 2 coaching sessions. Digital & social learning keeps the excitement in the learning process.
I build connection with clients quickly and live the core values of passion, commitment and enthusiasm in life and work. Being a learning enthusiast, I upskill and reskill regularly to design action-oriented learning journeys. I am a Certified Power Coach with Mind-Kinetics from Coaching & Leadership International, Canada.
When I am not working, I enjoy nature walks, doodling, painting and working as a volunteer for youth leadership projects.
